How we protect you
How we protect remote sessions and jobs.
Our own sealed protocol
Remote screen sessions run on our own protocol, sealed with a key made for each session.
- AES-256-GCM on every frame
- The key reaches the PC sealed for it alone
- Our relay passes bytes it cannot read
The session bar is always visible
A bar on every monitor of the PC shows that a session is running and who it is, with Stop.
- From the first frame to the end
- No policy or setting can hide it
- Stop at the PC ends it, unless a business policy turns Stop off
Jobs signed and approved
Scripts, installs and actions are jobs signed for each device and approved with an authenticator app or a passkey.
- The signing service checks your approval itself
- What you see is exactly what is signed
- Devices refuse anything unsigned or expired
Devices never listen
The agent connects out to us; nothing on the device waits for connections from the internet.
- Its own certificate per device
- Both sides prove who they are (mTLS)
- A revoked certificate is refused
Tenant isolation, tested
Each workspace and organization sees only its own data, and a test suite checks every route.
- API keys included
- Roles from owner to end user
- Viewers open nothing
Our own servers
Sessions, jobs, files and help requests travel only through servers we run.
- Our own relay for sessions
- Our own package repository for Windows software
- Attachments and screenshots kept on our servers
Everything on record
Sessions, jobs and policy changes are written to the audit log.
- Who, when, how and how long
- Policy changes with before and after
- Job output kept with every run
A stop button for admins
Organization and workspace admins can halt every job at once.
- Queued runs cancelled
- Running work ended on the devices
- Lifting it needs an approval
